 The Benjamin Farm Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization with an all volunteer board. Annual membership dues are $140 per calendar year. The BFHOA seeks to ensure the safety, enhance the beauty and encourage the community spirit of the neighborhood. Our residents enjoy a country-like atmosphere with generous open spaces, private wooded parks, trails, and picnic facilities as well as the added amenity of living just a short drive from the Cleveland Metropolitan Area
 Our students attend Crestview Elementary, Willets Middle, and Brunswick High School, all part of the award-winning Brunswick City School District. Our city boasts of it's natural and picturesque setting with 286 acres of park space and a brand new 147 acre town center circling the 14 acre Brunswick Lake. Brunswick residents take pride in the city's diverse demographic, expanding population and commitment to community themed economic development.
