The 2009 Benjamin Farms Homeowners Fee in the amount of $140.00 is now PAST due.
Make checks payable to Benjamin Farms Homeowners Association. A reserve account was formed to establish funds for future improvements that may be required. For the 2009 year, $10.00 of the above total dues will be deposited into the reserve account. To help keep the Association’s records current, please provide any updates to your residential information with your payment. Thank you,
